Continuing Education Credits
4.5 Continuing Education Credits: (CEs / CEUs / CMEs / Clock Hours / Contact Hours ) will be awarded to: Nurses, Social Workers, Case Managers, Nursing Home Administrators and Clergy who attend the entire presentation and complete an evaluation of the The Best Care Possible program. The program is geared toward the health care community, is open to the public and is appropriate for all practice levels.
To receive continuing education credit, you must attend the entire activity and complete a conference evaluation to receive your certificate. Instructions on how to access the online evaluations will be handed out on yellow paper as you leave the venue at 3:30 p.m., and will be announced and posted on the screens for livestream attendees. You must submit your evaluation between 3:00 p.m. May 20 and 5:00 p.m. on May 21. Please contact cne@hom.org with evaluation questions.
Nurses: NorthStar Institute will provide (pending) 4.5 contact hours for Nursing Continuing Professional Development.
