Important Information
If you chose the Virtual/Livestream attendance option, a link will be sent May 21 to the e-mail address you used when you registered. If you do not receive it, please check your SPAM/JUNK/OTHER FOCUS folders.
To receive a continuing education certificate, you must complete the online evaluation following the May 28 program by 3:00 p.m Thursday, May 29, 2025.
- A link to the evaluation will be displayed on-screen for 20 minutes following the event for those attending via livestream.
- In-person attendees will be able to see the evaluation link on the broadcast screens in the venue. The link will also be handed out on brightly colored paper as attendees leave the venue at 3:30 p.m.
- A QR code will be displayed for those wishing to use a smartphone camera to get to the evaluation.
- The deadline to complete the evaluation is 3:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, May 29.
If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, do not attend the in-person event. Instead, please e-mail us with your name, e-mail address and phone number. We will provide you with a link to the livestream option. You must notify us before 7:00 a.m.on Tuesday, May 27 by e-maiing admin@caringcoalition.org.
