Livestream attendees: A link from admin@caringcoalition.orgwill be e-mailed to you on Wednesday, May 13  for you to use to join the broadcast on Wednesday, May 20.

Continuing Education Credit / Evaluations / Certificates of Completion
Those seeking continuing education credit must attend the conference in its entirety. A link to the evaluation will be published at the conclusion of the conference. The evaluation will go live at 3:00 p.m. EST and be open until 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 21.

  • Be prepared to copy / paste or type the link in an internet browser, or use a QR reader to begin the evaluation.
  • In-person attendees will receive a handout with a link / QR code to the evaluation form.
  • Virtual attendees: A link / QR code to the evaluation form will display on your livestream screen. (~3:00 p.m. EST)
  • You must complete the evaluation to receive a certificate of completion.
  • The certificate of completion will be sent to the email provided in your registration record.
  • Certificates of completion are scheduled to be distributed on Friday, May 22, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.

In-Person Attendees:

  • Please DO NOT ATTEND if you have cold or flu-like symptoms. We will offer you an online accommodation. Please e-mail: support@caringcoalition.org with your name, e-mail address and phone number. We will provide you with a link to the livestream option. You must notify us before 7:00 a.m. on May 28.
  • Sign-in is 7:45 a.m. – 8:25 a.m. The parking lot fills up quickly, so plan to arrive on the earlier side!
  • Parking – is limited to the parking lot unless parking attendants instruct you otherwise. Overflow parking in the neighborhood across from the venue is possible. Use only one side of the street and follow the example of the vehicles in front of you.
  • Shuttles – May not be available this year. Watch your e-mail for updates.
  • Boxed Lunches will be provided and may be eaten in the social hall, in the outdoor tent in the pavilion, or in your vehicle. Folding chairs may be available for other outside seating during lunch.
